Apparently, Clark Quay wasn't a ghost town on Tues due to the on-going "Asia Pacfic Bartender of The Year Competition".. It was indeed eyes opening.. Was truly impress by Miss Taiwan's presentation and Mr Taiwan's flair skills and his creativity..
Of course we had our local flairers.. James..
